Refund policy

If an item doesn't fit, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, with no signs of wear or damage, and in its original condition.

Please check your pet's measurements carefully before ordering and compare them with our size chart.

Items made to custom measurements or with personalised features cannot be exchanged or returned, except in case of a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our side.

Shipping costs for exchanging or returning an item of proper quality are paid by the customer.
