Shipping policy

Shipping within Ukraine
We ship orders with Nova Poshta across Ukraine. Shipping is paid by the customer at the carrier's rates.

Production time
Most of our items are handmade after the order is placed. Production takes up to 14 business days. Ready-made items are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Payment
Payment is made only by bank transfer to the sole proprietor's (FOP) account after a manager confirms the order. The order goes into production once all the details are agreed. Payment is made after production is complete and the item is confirmed ready to ship.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost and time depend on the destination country. Customs duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the customer according to the rules of the destination country.
